USA Pickleball provides a searchable approved paddle list. Check the exact model—not just the brand—when you need a paddle for sanctioned competition.
That list answers an eligibility question. It does not rank paddles or tell you which one will suit your swing.

Fit is something you test
If possible, borrow or demo a few shapes. Notice handle comfort, swing feel, and whether you can place a soft shot without forcing the motion.
